I have now attended 2 protests and the majority of the folks who attended were in their 50-70s, a few thousand at each. This is an above average income area, I say that because we don’t usually see political protests in our area. At the university more so but aside from that, not much. I am in my 50s and have never attended a political protest until this year. There are enough people out there that feel uncomfortable deeper than just the economic harm (that alone is enough). We have to harness the discontent and find ways to apply maximum pressure on these coward’s & authoritarians. It’s time, let’s figure it out!
I hope the worker's protests tomorrow will bring out many more young protesters. And Trump's attacks on the freedom of universities will mobilize thousands of students.
We the People can end the madness. Do what Gov. Pritzker recommends:
“fight—EVERYWHERE AND ALL AT ONCE.” “Never before in my life have I called for mass protests, for mobilization, for disruption. But I am now,”

Yes! I'm so done with "surviving" MAGA. Or, "holding on" while those creeps are in power.
