Jordan honestly makes me wonder how he ties his shoes in the morning sometimes. Scalise doesn't strike me as a moron, though he's also been considerably lower profile than Jordan. And Scalise seems to have some basic organizational competence.
So... at least somewhat smarter, potentially more competent, and a hair less committed to the stupidity and more self-serving.
