This was such a delight to listen to despite the depressing nature of some of the content.
I took for granted how important it was to have good people with access to the MAGAverse to send out reports to the rest of us from the frontlines. I imagine it’s a bit like being a war correspondent. And like people who spend a lot of time in an active war zone, I imagine spending so much time there must exact a pretty hefty psychological toll.
I know neither of you *had* to do this and I’m grateful to you and Olivia and Maggie Haberman and everyone with the courage and fortitude to keep this up for so many years. I’m pretty sure I would have had a nervous breakdown after year three! I guess it’s helpful to have a sense of humor and to know that you’re not alone. But please be careful out there!
I love the new musical outros, but do please keep the original intro music as long as possible. Today I switched from listening to SiriusXM to the Bulwark pod, which took me from The Who's Won't Get Fooled Again to the Classic Intro. Both are in the same key (A), and it was a weirdly seamless transition.
Please have Olivia on with Tim as much as possible. They have chemistry. They are brilliant. They are funny. We need this. Thank you for an episode worthy of superlatives in a show that I love and listen to every day. I miss Charlie, but Tim, you are doing great!

I saw your tweet on your review and thought I'd add my 2 cents. I happen to enjoy when you talk about LGBTQ issues. You are gay so it seems perfectly reasonable to talk about things that affect you personally. Pretty sure it's your lane. I absolutely love The Bulwark and as a long time Democrat I value your perspective so much in these crazy times. I don't always agree but I respect and am thankful for a sane conservative view point. If you are looking for a good beach read this summer, check out TJ Klune. He's my favorite gay author. He writes great fantasy. The Cerlean series and The Lightning Struck Heart are great. If you're into smutty comedy/ romance, the Seafare Series and the At First Sight series are fun too. The At First Sight series has a wonderful drag queen character named Helena Handbasket. I warn you though it's pretty dirty. Love the your playlist too!!
