Liz Cheney should have no problem signing whatever "support" agreement necessary to get on a stage with Trump. And after the debate she can make it clear that she views it to be as binding as when Trump signed it. Or as when Mitch McConnell and Lindsey Graham took oaths before the Senate to be impartial jurors in Trump's first impeachment trial, while McConnell was openly coordinating with Trump's defense team and Graham had explicitly said he wasn't going to pretend to be an impartial observer.

Of course, in her case it would be a little closer to Lincoln deceiving Congress to get the 13th Amendment passed. Deceiving the shamelessly unscrupulous Ronna Romney McDaniel in order to protect us from the anti-Lincoln should rate no more controversially.
