The EU condemned Palestinian textbooks and study cards back in May due to their hateful content and have done so for the last 4 years.

(1) a specific document
(2) from a reputable source
(3) with enough information to enable readers to track it down and read it for themselves.
So far you are missing elements (1) and (3).
