As well as demonstrating that he's the weird old uncle that's yelling nonsense at his TV receiver and, therefore, incapable of having the requisite "intent" to commit felonies.
I beg to differ. The Sgt. Schultz defense is "I know Nothing!" The Constanza defense is "Remember, Jerry, it's not a lie if you really believe it."
