Joe Biden should keep doing what he’s doing - building relationships across the aisle and working to pass practical bipartisan legislature that’s popular with most Americans. He shouldn’t attack Republicans or respond to attacks. He shouldn’t try to actively “win” back moderate Republicans or Independents.
