When I saw The Irishman on a Wednesday night there was probably 30 -50 people in the theater.
I saw Marriage Story on 35mm with maybe 20 other people.
What I’m saying is if you leave Texas come to Chicago. We come out in slightly higher numbers for Netflix movies.
The Irishman had something close to a proper rollout though, at least in the sense that it had a 28ish-day window instead of a 7 or 14 day window. And also was a Scorsese movie with a proper Oscar campaign (meaning more advertising, etc).
