I’d happily contribute to a fund to build a special secure facility, just one cell but exactly the same as the others, to imprison Trump in solitude while his Secret Service detail has a luxurious sitting room adjacent, but without communication between the two spaces. Unfortunately, the Secret Service cannot be trusted not to collaborate with Trump against our democracy. Missing texts, etc.

Clear a wing in an existing jail, let the Secret Service detail figure out how to guard the location just as they do whenever Trump goes out for a cheeseburger, and put him in an 8x8 cell with a bunk and stainless steel toilet.
A couple of days or even hours will adjust his attitude like his father's scorn used to.
