Certainly they are not all bad; and a for profits company needs to make decisions that keep them in business so they can continue to do good work. But the numbers can be disturbing, and opioids have made everyone question motives of those profiting from their sale.

Yeah fair enough. There is always grift and immorality. That's why removing the regulatory structures disturbs me, now we won identify the bad actors.
