I do live in Texas, but how good my handle hold is is anyone's guess. I live on the west edge of Denison (there's one house between ours and the city limits), on semi-rural road that is two miles long with about 20 homes along it. The other day I got my '66 Mustang out and drove the length of it, then went north to a more-or-less parallel road on my return, so maybe another 15-20 houses. Driving that same rectangle in '20, about 1/2 the houses had Trump campaign signs, banners draped across houses and over carports. Even I didn't have a Biden sign, but I did have two "Vets Against Trump" signs bracketing my driveway, and two of my nearest neighbors, also veterans, displayed the same signs (I provided them) in front of their homes. This year? Two small Trump yard signs over the length of my street and one carport banner on the street north of mine. How is this gonna affect vote? Who knows. Maybe they won't vote, which, while not a vote for Harris, is not nothing. As for my fellow vets, one is so old he makes my 77 years look adolescent and his health is not good; the other (a retired Ford mechanic who is my Mustang's best friend) hasn't put any signage up either. But I do know he won't vote for Trump. To too many Texans, Kamala has three strikes against her: Black Female Democrat. That she's still at the plate and swinging away is more than they can ignore. And one last thing: I received the following link in a reply to a comment I made in yesterday's Bulwark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FciQeRGYFlw

Enjoy!
