I agree with Alyssa that the bike is wrong. The frame, used, is still worth $2K? He's riding it in sneakers? He can ride on lousy gravel? It's a commonplace in such movies that the hero will be good at too many things.

I second HEARTS OF DARKNESS, which I believe is a better film than APOCALYPSE NOW.
