Considering the last three DCEU movies have all underperformed, it’s not shocking this flopped. Personally, the last DCEU I bothered to see in theaters was Birds of Pray. As for the most recent DCEU movies, none have looked even stream-worthy to me and considering the box office numbers it looks like a lot of people agreed with me. So unfortunately for The Flash, it’s hard to get people to show up to your sequel/spinoff if they haven’t bothered to watch the movies before It. And I think the general disinterest in the idea of DC comics universe has more to do with the failure of the flash than Ezra Millers many crimes. Though the I’m sure the main actor committing a comical amount crimes recently hasn’t helped. Like Iron Man wasn’t shot and released when RDJ was still addicted to heroine and breaking into neighbors homes.
