Mike Leavitt served in the Cabinet of President George W. Bush, first as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and then as Secretary of Health and Human Services. Before this, he served as a three-time elected governor of Utah. He is also the founder of Leavitt Partners, a health care intelligence business.
